Students and Advisors from the Center for Technology, Essex took part in the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference June 19-23, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Fourteen Center for Technology, Essex (CTE) students and five staff members traveled to participate in the week-long event featuring national-level competitions in various skills areas.
Our CTE students performed very well on this national stage; earning two gold medals! In addition, eight students placed in the top ten and four in the top twenty. Excellent results, given that students were competing against the state champions nationwide.
